Steven Riggs

Steven Riggs is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He was admitted to the practice of law in 2023 in Ohio after relocating to the Dayton area to be near family. Steven worked as a worked as a staff discovery attorney prior to joining Surdyk, Dowd & Turner in 2024.
Prior to law school, Steven spent almost six years as a deputy sheriff in Colorado. He has also completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2012) and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver (2013).
