Marcy Herman
Attorney
Marcy Herman is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. She was admitted to the practice of law in 2004 and then worked as a staff attorney for a title company. Marcy joined Surdyk, Dowd & Turner in 2023 and focuses her practice on defending political subdivisions and their employees and litigating subrogation claims. Marcy is admitted to practice in all Ohio state courts.
While in law school, Marcy clerked for a municipal court judge. Prior to law school, Marcy attended the University of Dayton, earning a Bachelor of Science in pre-medicine.
