Bob provided legal advice and assistance to a variety of individuals, businesses and governmental entities over the course of his professional career. He represented and advised clients in matters involving personal injuries, personnel practice issues, civil rights violations, zoning and land use and disputes arising out of business transactions. He served as the Law Director for Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, and provided legal advice and representation to a number of other governmental entities throughout the state.

Bob was also very active within his profession. He served on and was the chairman of various committees of the Dayton Bar Association. He was a member of the Dayton Bar Association Executive Committee and served as President of that organization. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Dayton Bar Foundation and served as President in 2007 and 2008. He maintains memberships in the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. He was designated as a Fellow in the American Bar Foundation and the Ohio Bar Foundation. He also received the highest rating (“AV”) awarded by Martindale-Hubbell.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
