Kevin Lantz

Kevin A. Lantz is a graduate of University of Dayton School of Law and has been employed with Surdyk, Dowd & Turner since 2005.  Mr. Lantz is a trial lawyer and represents clients in both state and federal courts on a variety of issues including First Amendment, civil rights, public records and other political subdivision matters.  Mr. Lantz advises clients on a number of municipal law concerns, including development of outdoor advertising codes, zoning regulations and public records issues, and has served as Interim Law Director for Tipp City, Ohio.
