 Robert J. Surdyk 

Bob has provided legal advice and assistance to a variety of individuals, businesses and governmental entities over the course of his professional career. He has represented and advised clients in matters involving personal injuries, personnel practice issues, civil rights violations, zoning and land use and disputes arising out of business transactions. He serves as the Law Director for Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio and provides legal advice and representation to a number of other governmental entities throughout the state.

Bob is licensed to and does appear before all courts in the State of Ohio as well as various administrative bodies. He represents clients in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and is licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court.

Bob is also active within his profession. He has served on and has been chairman of various committees of the Dayton Bar Association. He has been a member of the Dayton Bar Association Executive Committee and has served as President of that organization. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dayton Bar Foundation and will be the President in 2007 and 2008. He maintains memberships in the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. He has been designated as a Fellow in the American Bar Foundation and the Ohio Bar Foundation. He has also received the highest rating ("AV") awarded by Martindale-Hubbell.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
