Joshua R. Schierloh
Josh’s legal practice is concentrated in general defense litigation. He graduated in 2001 from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Josh received his law degree in 2004 from the University of Dayton School of Law. While at law school, Josh participated in the 2004 Products Liability Moot Court Competition.
After being admitted to the practice of law, Josh began his career at the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, he participated in jury trials involving a variety of criminal offenses.
Josh is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also a member of the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations.
