 Kevin A. Lantz 

Kevin’s legal practice is concentrated in the areas of municipal law, First Amendment, personal injury defense, business and general litigation. Kevin was born in 1957 in Columbus, Ohio and was raised in Urbana, Ohio. He is a 1979 summa cum laude graduate of John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a minor in political science.

Following several years in the communications industry, Kevin attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was graduated summa cum laude in 1994. At Dayton Law, Kevin received the Cohen Award for Excellence in Law Review Writing, was published in law review, was a finalist in the Hon. Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team. Kevin also gave the Class of 1994 Valedictory address. Kevin was admitted to the Ohio bar and to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1994. Since admission, Kevin has practiced before municipal, state and federal courts in Ohio, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Kevin is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a member of the adjunct faculty at Edison State Community College, where he teaches courses in paralegal studies, and is a member of the Principal’s Advisory Committee at Troy Christian High School.
