 Jennifer A. Kirby 

Jennifer’s primary areas of practice are FDCPA and FCRA Defense, as well as public entity matters. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Women’s Studies from Wright State University in 2003. Jennifer received her law degree from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law in 2006. While in law school, Jennifer was a staff member of The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, Co-President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and recipient of the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.

Jennifer was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2006. She is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.
