 Christopher T. Herman 

Chris’ primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, public entity matters, and insurance defense. He graduated cum laude from Viterbo University in 2000 with a bachelor of business administration in management and marketing. While at Viterbo, he was a four-year member of the men’s soccer team where he earned NAIA Academic All-American honors and was named the university’s 1999 Student-Athlete of the Year. Chris earned his law degree from the University of Akron in 2003. He was a member of the Saul-Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court team and was President of the Student Bar Association during his third year.

After being admitted to the Ohio bar in 2003, Chris worked at the Tuscarawas County Public Defender’s Office before accepting a position as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. He successfully defended and prosecuted numerous cases in both offices involving a variety of criminal matters.

Chris is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.
